The Ultraseal Plunger has a HNBR rubber Ultra Seal attached to the body of the plunger between interlocking tabs under the pads. The interlocking pads serve as a protector to the Ultra Seal which decreases gas slippage under the pads. This results in less fluid "fallback" during the plunger cycle to the surface, which allows the plunger to make a run on less gas pressure. Offered in single or dual pad design.
The PIT Brush Plunger has a flexible brush spirally wound onto a solid mandrel constructed with under cuts, ensuring de-scaling of the tubing. Brush plungers are used for sand, coal fines and tubing irregularities. PIT Brush Plungers are built with durable alloy steel; brush element is a stiff, heat resistant, durable nylon material.
Designed to fall at high speeds, similar to a PaceMaker, but does not require as much flow time at surface to separate a secondary piece. This tool is designed as an intermediate step between PaceMaker candidate wells and Conventional Plunger candidiate wells. The Rapid Drop Plunger requires no additional equipment on surface to adapt the well for this application and can run in wells with existing subsurface equipment. These plungers are built with heat treated steel. It is recommended that the Bottom Hole Spring have a spring rate of at least 300lbs per inch to handle dry landings.
The Skirted Plunger is PIT's new and improved 4 pad design from flow modeling. It's increased seal and overlapping design reduces gas and liquid bypass as well as improves pad strength. Offered in single, dual and triple pad design.
The Venturi Plunger is a hollow core plunger with a 1.5" internal GS grab. A pressure differential is created across the orifice while the plunger is rising causing an accelerated flow regime inside the tool. The accelerated flow regime interacts via the exit of the tool "helping lift." The upper chamber is at a lower pressure than the lower chamber and the accelerated flow through the orifice creates hydrodynamic lift. Our Plunger Arrival System designed to operate in extreme conditions, Cyclops IS detects plunger arrivals from up to 3 feet away. Operates within a temperature range of -40 C to +70 C. Extensive testing has proven that even a slow-moving, non-ferrous plunger won't slip by the omniscient eye of Cyclops IS. For utmost accuracy, Cyclops IS allows it's user to adjust sensitivity levels easily with a built in 7 setting dial. Lower sensitivity to eliminate false detects caused by nearby equipment or tools. Raise sensitivity to increase visibility of a plunger that doesn't fully enter the lubricator, or to detect well movements caused when a non-ferrous plunger enters the lubricator. Cyclops IS operates over a wide range of voltages, simplifying inventory management.

Dual port configuration is standard, but single port is available upon request.

Flow Tube is a wireline installed tubing extension used when the tubing landed above the perforated interval in a well. It has a small cross sectional area then the well tubing, so it increases flow velocity and allows gas pressure to lift the plunger and fluid column. Flow Tubes compliment plunger assemblies and are adaptable to any downhole configuration. The results can be significantly better than installing a siphon string and can save thousands of dollars in rig time, packer milling and manipulation time to lower the well tubing.
